Currently, we are harvesting
fresh cut Greens (Loosed or Bunched) as well as spinach. We are eagerly
awaiting the kickoff of the spring deal which will start some time around
the first of April with Squash and Cabbage. No real big changes for
the Spring deal volume and products should be about the same. Currently
we are working "WE'RE SWEET"tm Georgia Carrots and "CARABITES"tm Baby -Peeled
Carrots as well as leeks. Quality is excellent.
We are putting in a new Corn deal for the spring which should
allow us to offer more for all of our mix
veg customers as well as straight load business. Just think
no more having to go all the way to the other
side of the state for a couple of pallets.
